Bonni
is a speaker, trainer, coach, consultant, entrepreneur, and family
business owner. Bonni has worked with family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs,
Fortune 500 executives, and mid-sized businesses for over 20 years.
She specializes in building leadership strength, team building,
l, conflict resolution, succession and strategic planning, communication
skills through training, consultation, and follow-up coaching. Her
unique systems for developing leaders, The Next Level Leadership
Program (NLLP) create a system to solve the challenge of the leadership
vacuum while simultaneously strengthening cross functional teams.
Ms. DiMatteo has been a coach, consultant, speaker and trainer
for over twenty years focusing on how to help businesses and business
leaders set and accomplish goals, manage change, enhance communication
within a company, and unify the company toward a common vision and
mission.
Ms. DiMatteo has unique experience as an entrepreneur, small business
owner, current co-owner of a family business partnership, and former
second-generation family business owner, as well as possessing a
background in the behavioral sciences and organizational development.
This enables Ms. DiMatteo and her associates to assess an organizational
system and its human resources, and develop a plan that will benefit
the company, the leaders, and their employees.
Ms. DiMatteo received her Masters in the behavioral sciences from
Simmons College with an internship at Harvard, and she has recently
received the Certified
Management Consultant (CMC) designation. With her partner,
Gerald
DiMatteo, she established her first business, Atlantic
Counseling and Consultation, Inc., in 1982. It provided services
for the work/family balance and training for consultants. Later
she founded Atlantic Consultants, a company dedicated to helping
businesses clarify and achieve goals, manage change, strengthen
leadership, and enhance team productivity and communication through
effective coaching, training, and facilitation. She is currently
working on a book on leadership.
