Eliane Markoff

Eliane Markoff has twenty years of experience in the high technology industry and five years in banking. In the high technology world, Eliane directed and managed marketing programs in engineering, research, and sales. Eliane was also a Principal Engineer who designed and developed Expert Systems. In banking, Eliane Markoff was International Economist at State Street Bank & Trust Company, and a Mortgage Analyst at Charlestown Savings Bank.

Eliane joins our staff as a Coaching, Mediation, and Process Improvement consultant specializing in the technology and engineering sector. She helps professionals and executives refine their communication, leadership, and management skills. She has also facilitated meetings on business planning, conducted research on best practices by CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs, and coached executives to enhance their communications and management skills.

Eliane holds an MBA from Boston College and a BA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She holds a certificate in mediation. She is the founding trustee of The Rachel Molly Markoff Foundation, dedicated to helping families cope with childhood cancer. Ms. Markoff is a member of the Board of Overseers at Newton Wellesley Hospital and a member of The Review Committee for The Kenneth Schwartz Center Caregiver Award at Mass General Hospital. Eliane is fluent in French and is a prominent Wellesley-based artist.
