Robin Roman Wright

Robin Roman Wright has over twenty years experience in the Organization Development/Management Development field. She has experience in both the corporate and non-profit worlds. During her more than fifteen years in the financial services industry, Robin spent much of her time as a senior training consultant reporting to the Technology and Operations Division. Working with teams of line managers and/or human resource professionals, she developed and implemented business critical training efforts such as: a 10-month Operations Management Development Program for the operating departments of the Bank, a “Valuing Difference in the Workplace” seminar, a Bank Secrecy Act multi-media training program, and a train-the-trainer on-the-job skills training initiative. She has extensive experience conducting management training in the key areas of leadership, planning, interviewing, communication, performance appraisal and motivation. Robin has experience managing a human service program in the inner city, facilitating community collaboration meetings with multicultural leaders and facilitating strategic planning efforts for non-profits.

Robin has an ethnically diverse background; she is both Puerto Rican and Irish. As a consultant who has also avidly studied multicultural issues, she brings a cultural sensitivity and an ability to assist managers in understanding and leveraging diversity to any coaching engagement or management development training program that she offers.

Robin joins our staff as a Coaching, Leadership Training and Organizational Development consultant. She helps leaders maximize the talent in their organizations to achieve goals with less time, angst and effort. Her customized seminars, coaching and consulting services help organizations set strategy, launch programs, build community and gain alignment between vision and actions.

Robin holds a master’s degree from the University of Chicago. She is Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Qualified and an Authorized Inscape Publishing Distributor (publishers of the DiSC® Personal Profile System). Ms. Roman Wright is a member of the International Coaching Federation, American Society for Training and Development, National Association of Social Workers, and a member of the International Coaching Federation of New England.
